Mangotex Industries ESG Committee
We have structured our ESG Committee into two levels to ensure efficient sustainability management. The Operational Committee is responsible for implementing ESG initiatives in day-to-day activities, ensuring that strategic guidelines are translated into concrete actions. The Strategic Committee, on the other hand, defines goals and directives, integrating the ESG agenda into the business strategy and guiding long-term decision-making.

Operational Committee
Comprised of the ESG coordination team, analysts, and operational supervisors, it is responsible for implementing sustainable actions and projects in the factory’s daily routine, ensuring their execution.

Strategic Committee
Comprised of the CEO, director, managers, ESG coordinator, and an external consultant, it has a deliberative role and defines the company’s strategic sustainability direction.
